• Do prices change? All purchases are subject to the discounted prices listed on our site as Havele/EFT. Prices do not change. Product prices are converted from Turkish Lira to USD or EUR based on the current exchange rate on the day of purchase.

• Can you deliver furniture to our home? Products are delivered to the doorstep only. Assembly and additional transportation services are not included.

• How long will it take to deliver my order? The furniture production process takes up to 7-15 business days. After that, it is handed over to the most suitable and insured logistics company for delivery to your country. The maximum delivery time is 15-20 business days.

• How can I make a payment? Payments can be securely made through our website using a credit card or bank transfer.

• Do I need to pay the full amount to place an order? You can place an order by paying 50% of the total amount upfront. The remaining balance can be paid when the products are handed over to the shipping company. Product images will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
