What can I do for product returns?
You can send your request regarding the product you want to return to us via our WhatsApp line at 530 711 4316. After the product reaches us, necessary checks will be conducted and we will initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days.

Return process for furniture:

For furniture items, the return process will be handled by Masasandalyen's teams. After receiving your return request, we will contact you to schedule a date for picking up the returned item.

Return process for shipped products:

After receiving your return request, we will provide you with the courier company and return code. Once you deliver the product to the courier, please share the tracking number with us for completing the process. You need to package the product in its original packaging or equivalent packaging to prevent any damage during shipment.

What are the conditions for cancellation/return of products?
Cancellation conditions:

We start preparing your order on the same day or next day in order to deliver it within our promised timeframe. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your order, you should submit a cancellation request within maximum 3 business days from placing your order.

If 3 days have passed or if your order has been prepared and dispatched, then refund process begins and cancellation requests made after this period are evaluated as follows:
