The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, specified below with its characteristics and sales price, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the website http://www.masasandalyen.com owned by the SELLER, in accordance with Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and Regulation on Distance Contracts, in order to determine the rights and obligations of the parties.
The Buyer declares that they have been informed by the Seller about their name, title, address, phone number, and other contact information; basic characteristics of the product for sale including taxes; sales price including taxes; payment method; delivery conditions and expenses; how to exercise "right of withdrawal"; official authorities where they can submit complaints or objections etc., in a clear, understandable manner suitable for internet environment; that they have confirmed these preliminary information electronically and then placed an order for products accordingly. The preliminary information provided on http://www.masasandalyen.com website and invoice prepared based on the order given by buyer are integral parts of this agreement.

Article 4- Agreement Date and Force Majeure
The agreement date is considered as ../../.... which is also when buyer placed an order. Force majeure refers to situations outside control of parties that occur unexpectedly or unpredictably after signing this agreement which partially or totally hinder fulfilling obligations set forth in contract within agreed time frame such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, uprising/civil unrests , changing legal regulations , seizure/strike/lockout , significant breakdowns at production/communication facilities etc.. In case any force majeure event occurs during ongoing term of force majeure party will immediately inform other party about it both verbally/written means.
During continuation period when force majeure situation happens parties will not be held responsible due to inability fulfill their obligations .
