WARRANTY CONDITIONS
All of our furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty.
All furniture sold by Masasandalyen is covered under a 2-year warranty, starting from the delivery date. Damages caused by misuse are not covered under this warranty. Our customer representatives are available to assist with any issues related to the delivery and assembly of the products.
Part Warranty: All our furniture is insured until it reaches you and is assembled safely. If there is any problem with any part of your delivered product due to transportation or shipping, the faulty part will be replaced free of charge. Since all our furniture is produced in disassembled form, the replacement will be made for the problematic part. In order to prevent a wrong part from being sent to you, please send several photos using any device (such as a phone or camera) to Masasandalyen@hotmail.com or our WhatsApp number.
Mechanical Warranty: All mechanical parts used in our products (such as hinges, rail systems, foot mechanisms) are covered under warranty for 2 years.
Service Guarantee: Any issues that may arise within the warranty period and cannot be resolved through part replacement will be addressed by authorized service providers of the manufacturers. You can create your service record via Masasandalyen@hotmail.com.
Assembly Guarantee: To ensure that customers can enjoy trouble-free usage of their purchased products for many years, we provide an assembly guarantee. In case of problematic parts resulting from customer assembly errors, they will be replaced free of charge by our company.
